Contest Rules
Below are the general rules related to contests thrown and hosted by Education Revolution. Please note that if this company/blog participates in a contest organized by a third party, that party's rules and policies apply.
General Contest Rules

Section 1
The sponsor is Education Revolution (“Sponsor”), located at 2938 Canoe Circle Saint Cloud FL. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes or Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Section 2
By entering your contest, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. We maintain the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
Section 3
The promotion period of all contests and sweepstakes is shown directly on the entry page.
Section 4
Each sweepstake or contest has its own accepted methods, entry limits, and specfics for entry. Follow the methods provided directly on the contest/sweepstakes form. The use of robots, 3rd parties, or other means deemed by the Sponsor to be fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating a participant’s entries.
Section 5
Each sweepstake or contest has its own prize or reward. Each will have its own method of notifying winners and transferring their prizes to them. Prizes won are non-transferable. If a prize becomes unavailable due to a circumstance out of the control of the Sponsor, prizes may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the Winner's entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
If a prize is worth more than $600 the winner must provide a social security number and issue and will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes, as is the law in the United States.
Section 6
The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Section 7
By entering participant grants the ponsor, upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
NOTE: if entering a contest that requires the creation of a work, photos, video, or other entrant creations, the entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Submission of work that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others will result in the disqualification of the participant. In addition, if there are any legal repercussions due to illegal activity, property infringement, or invasion of privacy on the part of the Entrant, it shall be the sole issue of the Entrant and exclude the Sponsor. Entrants understand that the Sponsor she be held harmless in any legal or criminal actions that result from the participant's entry.
Section 8
The Sponsor reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate any event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway. The Sponsor retains the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms, as well as the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
Section 9
The participant’s entry into the contest or giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
Section 10
The entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and the Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Florida without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Section 11
Entrant's information is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy and where to find the privacy policy on your website. International and even state governments within the U.S. have adopted privacy laws that you need to comply with when it comes to collecting consumer data. Be sure your privacy policy complies with those laws where you plan to execute your promotion.

Sweepstakes and Contest hosted by Education Revolution are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Sweepstakes and Contest hosted by Education Revolution are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any 3rd party social media platform.
Section 14
By entering the contest or sweepstakes, the entrant indicates that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the rules.
